Features:
Dual-Purpose Design: Capable of producing both NPK compound
fertilizers and organic fertilizers, providing flexibility to adapt
to market demands .
Versatile Granulation Options: Choose from a variety of granulators
to suit your specific materials and production requirements,
including rotary drum granulators , disc granulators , double roller extrusion granulators , and new-type organic fertilizer granulators .
Applications:
NPK Compound Fertilizer Production: Manufacturing of granular NPK
fertilizers with various nutrient ratios.
Organic Fertilizer Production: Processing of organic waste
materials into valuable organic fertilizer.
Bio-Organic Fertilizer Production: Combining organic materials with
beneficial microorganisms to create enhanced bio-organic
fertilizers.
Custom Fertilizer Blends: Creating customized fertilizer blends to
meet specific crop and soil needs.
Working Process (Example using a Rotary Drum Granulator):
Raw Material Preparation: Raw materials (e.g., urea, ammonium
phosphate, potassium chloride, organic waste) are prepared and
pre-processed, including crushing and mixing .
Batching & Mixing: Materials are batched according to the desired
fertilizer formulation and thoroughly mixed .
Granulation: The mixed materials are fed into a rotary drum
granulator, where they are agglomerated into granules through a
tumbling and spraying process .
Drying: The wet granules are then dried to reduce moisture content
.
Cooling: The dried granules are cooled to prevent caking .
Screening: The granules are screened to separate them by size, with
oversized and undersized particles being recycled back into the
process .
Coating (Optional): The granules may be coated to improve their
handling characteristics, control nutrient release, or add color .
Packaging: The finished fertilizer granules are then packaged for
storage and distribution .
